History
The forerunner of the International Police Commission – IPC is the confederacy of United Nations, an organization conceived in similar circumstances and objectives "to promote international cooperation and to achieve peace and security".

The IPC is duly registered as an international non-profit, non-secretarial, peacekeeping and social development paramilitary organization base in the State of California, United States of America with extension commands in member nations of the U.N. The IPC was time honored in 2004 at the foundation of the Geneva Conventions and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. It directs and coordinates the international activities conducted by the Movement in armed conflicts and other situations of violence.

The General Assembly of IPC which was held in New Delhi India, Adopted a resolution Vide Sl. No 64 of dated 4TH July 2015 that IPC India be established within IPC constitution, charter based on International Laws and principles in order to effectively fulfill its cross-border activities.

“Following the adoption of constitution, that the IPC India Command becomes the International Police Commission, abbreviated to IPC, India Command to play an impartial, neutral and independent role to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and to provide them with assistance. The IPC India Command also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles. The Organization becomes autonomous by collecting dues from its Members and relying on investments as the main means of support."
